     My approach to counselling and social work is built on the belief that you are the expert of your own life. I design services holistically, ensuring that my practice remains ethical, inclusive, and non-discriminatory.

In our sessions, my focus will be on building a strong therapeutic relationship with you, rooted in trust, non-judgment, and mutual respect. I offer trauma-informed care tailored to your needs, drawing from various therapeutic modalities such as Person-Centred, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Transactional Analysis, Art and Play Therapy, and Family Systems approaches. 

 

I specialize in supporting individuals through domestic and family violence recovery, anxiety, depression, life stress management, post-trauma growth, and grief and loss counselling. counselling.
